RULES OF ENGAGEMENT

All applicants are expected to go by the acceptable behaviors listed below as failure to adhere to any of them leads to automatic dismissal.
You are expected to pay a sum of N1,000 to pick up this form.
Proper communication with the authority during the program is COMPULSORY.
PUNCTUALITY to class is VERY IMPORTANT (Registration closes 8.30am daily).
You must attend 90% of the program to be certified at the end of the program.
