GHAPO has been recognized by APEN for its programs, targeting improvement of decision making skills among teenage boys and gender empowerment among teenage girls. Starting September 2018, GHAPO is privileged to work with over 500 private schools in Nigeria registered under this large platform.
GHAPO is now in partnership with HDI whose work with Lagos State public schools aligns with their focus on teenage empowerment. The Girl Child Empowerment Training with Ministry of Education for Lagos State Secondary Schools at the GHAPO Center held on Jan 29, 2019 at the GHAPO centre, Lekki with 11 public schools in attendance. It was quite enlightening and educative for the girl students as they listened to lectures on Career and Health.
